Custom Items Policy

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications using your photos, they are unique and personalized. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items except in the following situations:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Order:

    • If we made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect item, wrong customization), please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will correct the mistake by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.

Non-Custom Items Policy

For non-custom items, our return policy is as follows:

  1. Returns:

    • You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    1. Exchanges:

      • If you need to exchange a non-custom item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in its original condition. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
  2. Return Process

      • Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at Info@craftylilqueen.com or 416-700-4971 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
    2. Packaging:

      • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, instructions, and any accessories that came with the item.
    3. Shipping:

      • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    4. Processing:

      • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    Exceptions

    • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
    • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
